We're seeking a talented UI Designer Lead to join our team and work on an international project that involves reshaping our relationship with technology through the design of mobile and web experiences. As a UI Designer Lead, you'll manage the design of digital products and services, collaborating with a team of strategists and developers to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Utilize design thinking, user research, and business strategy to solve problems and identify strategic visions for clients and internal teams.
- Lead the design of digital products by experimenting with new interfaces and interactions, building effective design systems, and leveraging best practices.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver end goals.
- Foster strong client relationships by building trust in your design expertise.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate expert written and verbal English language skills.
- Four to ten (4-10) years of relevant industry experience, with at least two years as a lead designer.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in designing and shipping successful websites and digital products.
- Deep understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving ability amidst complex challenges.
- Expertise in user experience and interaction design, including mapping user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Exceptional design talents with a stylistic breadth that demonstrates sensitivity to diverse subject matter.
- Self-motivation, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Preferred Skills:
- Mastery of design applications such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in prototyping applications like Invision and Principle.
- Experience with Creative Cloud Applications: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
