Systems Integration Specialist

• Lead and perform system integration and migration tasks for both custom and off the shelf (OTS) firmwide applications including Aderant, Net Docs, Intapp,viGlobal, Microsoft Power Apps. These applications may be cloud-based or on-premises.
• Modify and maintain existing custom and off the shelf (OTS) applications to include performing product analysis, quality assurance, revisions, bug-fixes, and continued operations of same
• Provide Level 3 support on viGlobal (viRecruit/viEval/viRTF), custom software, and other systems as needed by participating in IT/help desk operations providing support on escalated cases.
• Provide additional support for Sharepoint site creation and support to Sharepoint team.
• Prepare and maintain documentation on implementation and continuing operation and deployment of applications
• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of end-user and application issues
• Provide backup to other application database administrators for Microsoft SQL Server applications
• Write reports or queries for MS SQL Server databases
• Act as a subject matter expert and develop project plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent related job experience required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an information technology role in a professional services environment, preferably law firms or legal environment, with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience related to applications and software development or support
• Experience designing and developing systems integrations with C#, T-SQL, PowerShell .Net Frameworks
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Redgate SQL tools.
• Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce and/or ViGlobal applications.
• Advanced experience with content management systems required.
• Demonstrated understanding of IntApp solutions and law firm applications
