Position Description: The scope encompasses contractor support to help define, design, develop, test, maintain, implement and support the eServices systems under the direction of IRS subject matter experts, in collaboration with IRS developers, following IRS Processes, using IRS specified COTS and IRS developed products. The following activities are part of this effort; to maintain the eServices project, to expand the eServices project, to maintain and build out Development, Test and Production Environments.
Requirements
Required Skills:
The subcontractor will perform software testing tasks in support of the eServices production system. Specific tasking will be provided by the Leidos task leaders. Tasks will be captured on the eServices schedule or sub project schedules along with due dates. The subcontractor’s job duties will include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Must have an IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) Clearance
- Must be flexible and adaptable, able to support using a wide variety of methods and technologies
- Must have experience in requirements analysis test compliance.
- Must have experience in API, integration and system testing.
- Must have experience in software development life cycle for both agile and waterfall
- Must feel comfortable interacting with the Leidos and IRS client on a daily basis
- Must have strong analytical skills and be detail oriented
- Perform analysis on existing functionalities and testing scripts
- Create and maintain documentation in support of the project
- Create, maintain, and execute test scripts
- Maintain test data
- Verify Pass/Fail of test scripts through verification of log files
- Provide status reports
- Provide and document test results or defects
- Use Rational Suite tools
- Use Microsoft Suite tools
- Use Jmeter to develop API test suite, and test scripts.
- Execute Jmeter test suites as needed in development and application qualification testing.
