RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be helping national, mission-based organizations and companies that make the world a better place. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly focused, and capable of working at a strategic level while simultaneously executing on a tactical level. The person in this position will be involved in the growth of our entire SEO program, so we are looking for a candidate who can lead by example, while providing instruction and education to other team members. Your day-to-day will include, but not be limited to:

• Developing and executing effective SEO strategies
• Conducting keyword research and analysis
• Optimizing website content and structure for search engines
• Analyzing website performance and providing recommendations for improvement
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in SEO management
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000
