RP is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a federal organization. The Senior Data Analyst will provide data analytics to help with analyzing data to improve the OAI Program or other Board processes. The contractor shall provide written reports for all data analytics conducted regarding the OAI Program.
This position is contingent upon award.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis, data mining, reporting, and program development for designated content areas
- Use standard data collection tools, and statistical methods to analyze data
- Plan and conduct various and extensive methods of data collection using advanced sampling techniques
- Design and implement major statistical methodological studies and continuous recurring studies using established statistical methods.
- Prepare the results of studies and data requests for appropriate audiences. The study concepts should consist of design analysis and findings for presentation in the form of written reports, graphs, charts, tables, or other summaries.
- Assist with the development of written policies and procedures for calculating accuracy rate or managing case review error dates or checks on its accuracy rate calculation.
- Assist in ensuring that the OAI Program involves more than one official in the calculation process, documents calculations of monthly and fiscal year accuracy rates, and manages related error data.
- Create Reports and Monitor how Veteran Law Judges choose to incorporate the feedback they receive from the case review process—including whether errors are corrected—and use this data to inform decision-making related to the case review process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience
- The ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs
