Avoq is seeking an advertising senior art director who turns imagination into impact. You’ll work on behalf of our diverse roster of clients in developing breakthrough creative spanning all media (paid, earned, shared and owned). WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with a copywriter and other creatives to concept and execute creative campaigns
- Produce a variety of deliverables including branding, TV/video, print, OOH, radio, digital, social, experiential, branding, PR stunts, activations etc.
- Provide key insights and strategic advice to colleagues and clients
- Distill business objectives into visual aesthetics that drive results
- Present and discuss the work with clarity and confidence, both internally and with clients
- Provide creative insights and strategic advice to colleagues and clients
- Oversee video and still photography production and post-production
Requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCE
As a qualified candidate, you have experience in:
- 3-6 years of years of experience and an online portfolio demonstrating past success in conceptual advertising and public relations campaigns
- Expertise in art direction, production and post-production
- Current on creative tactics and emerging marketing and communications trends
- Experience working directly with clients to pitch ideas and influence outcomes
- Experience with video and still productions
- Understanding of user-experience design and web best practices
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

The salary range for this role is $75,000 -125,000
