We are seeking licensed, enthusiastic, and innovative clinicians to join our team as School Based Clinicians. As a School Based Clinician, you will provide mental health services to students in schools located in the District of Columbia. The essential functions of the position will require clinicians to work in collaboration with school teams to provide support in the following key areas:
Direct Clinical Support
- Deliver crisis response and intervention services to students, families and staff
- Conduct psycho-social assessments for initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
- Monitor students' progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness
Collaboration and Consultation
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to address students' academic and social-emotional needs
- Provide consultation and psycho-education to parents and school personnel
- Participate in school meetings and support multidisciplinary teams

Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field; and licensure or eligibility for licensure in the District of Columbia as either an LICSW, LPC, or LGPC. Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a clinician, preferably in a school or community mental health setting.
