Location: Washington, DC metro area (Hybrid Work)

Requirements
Role:
The Hyper-Automation Business Analyst serves as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, mining business processes and translating business requirements into IT solutions. In addition, they play a pivotal role in the dissemination of automation across the organization, leveraging Team Node's models for Citizen Engagement based on past experiences.
Responsibility:
They are responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements, converting business needs into clear, achievable user stories and customer journeys.
They will assist with process discovery using process capture and mining tools, process mapping of the as-is to a to-be state, and support any mission-driven process transformation efforts.
They will perform process fit assessment, develop the value case, and identify mission and bot success metrics for the automation.
They will also implement training sessions, utilizing experience from Team Node's Air Force project where 2400 airmen were trained, to boost automation adoption and enhance the team's understanding of Hyper- Automation, all while developing a model specific to customer needs.

Education/Year of Exp:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis roles, ideally within hyper-automation projects. The individual should have proven skills in understanding business needs, translating them into automation requirements, and coordinating with development teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.
