Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients within your assigned unit
• Assess patients' health status and vital signs
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Adhere to established infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Keep up-to-date with current nursing practices and participate in professional development activities

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Pay Rate: $1,800 - $1,920 weekly depending on experience

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: 9 weeks

Hours per Week: 40

Shift time: Night 11:00pm - 7:30am

License /Certification: RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS

Experience required: Minimum 2 years Experience as an RN

Sign on Bonus: on second pay check
