Real Estate Finance Associate – Washington, D.C.
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate (3rd–6th year) to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in Washington, D.C. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with experience in complex financing transactions and real estate acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent lenders in mortgage, mezzanine, and construction real estate loans.
- Handle acquisition and disposition transactions.
- Collaborate on complex real estate finance matters with a dynamic and accomplished team.
Preferred Background:
- Strong academic credentials and substantive law firm experience.
- Admission to the D.C. Bar is required.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $260,000 to $390,000 annually, based on experience and other relevant factors.
