Full Job Description
Works in coordination with internal and external project stakeholders to complete various size renovation projects • Serves as primary point of contact from project initiation to completion • Develops concept and detailed plans for alteration projects • Develops cost estimates for project budgets • Works with project team members, clients and vendors to coordinate activities, provisioning, environment setup, installation, and equipment testing • Works under the general supervision and guidance of the Director of CA/EX/GSD to provide solutions to work space requirements, challenges or changes • Supports CA/EX/GSD Support Specialist on technical matters related to facilities • Allocates required resources to program and/or project tasks as needed • Follows-up on customer issues to make sure they are completed to the customer's satisfaction • Attends and chairs regularly scheduled project meetings as required
Requirements
*Must have an active or interim Secret security clearance.
Program management experience combined with project management, broad experience of architectural/engineering design, space planning and excellent knowledge of office and business workflow processes. Must have 15 years of experience with General Services Administration or Department of State Facility Management and project delivery.
