Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for critical enterprise applications, infrastructure, platforms, and network services. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT systems and will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to address high-impact issues and improve system performance.
Requirements
- Provide production system support for end-users, applications, platforms, and network services.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support and maintain applications including Application Extender, LOV tool, and Work Management System.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions to enhance knowledge sharing.
- Assist in project-related activities as a technical consultant and subject matter expert.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices for system maintenance and security.
- Provide after-hours support as needed to address critical production issues.
