The Role
This is your chance to join an early-stage SaaS startup and help build our product strategy and product team from the ground up. We’re looking for a product manager to help shape and grow product management for Bedrock. This person will report to the Chief Product Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working on creating innovative products
- Use a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods to help inform product decisions
- Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to help define the near- and mid-term roadmaps
- Develop a roadmap for your product team utilizing research, data, and insights from our users, customers, and the market
- Provide regular product updates and analytics to your team and the company
- Lead a product team of engineers and designers
- Partner closely with design and engineering to define the direction of Bedrock and execute on our strategy
- Write succinct and killer product memos and briefs
- Contribute to the development of our product strategy for B2B and B2G spaces and help identify new opportunities
- Follow a user-centered design process and be a relentless advocate for our users
- Encourage a culture in which customer feedback and user research are included throughout the course of product development
- Launch products that people want to use every day

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of product experience
- Demonstrated experience shipping SaaS products
- 2+ years of experience working with and helping to conduct user and market research
- Understand and advocate for a user-centered design process built around research-backed hypotheses, prototyping, and testing
- Know the difference between an MVP and a 1.0
- Ability to work collaboratively, constructively, and quickly in a small-team environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
