Full-Time Physical Therapist – Transforming Lives Through Recovery

We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in a prestigious Assisted Living Facility. In this role, you will guide residents through personalized rehabilitation programs aimed at improving their physical health and independence. Your expertise will make a significant difference in the lives of the elderly, ensuring they regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually with comprehensive benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Patient Load: 7 residents daily (35 weekly)

Key Duties:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of residents’ physical abilities and limitations to develop targeted treatment plans.
• Employ evidence-based techniques and manual therapy to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and meet individual needs.
• Document progress and keep up-to-date records using EMR systems.
• Provide support and education to family members for home rehabilitation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active DC Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates encouraged to apply).
• Skilled in manual therapy and familiar with EMR systems (e.g., WebPT).
• Professional, clean license with no disciplinary actions.
