.Net Developer

We are seeking for one of our clients located in Washington DC a skilled .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for code, applications, and development processes.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and support.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• [X]+ years of experience in software development, particularly with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Entity Framework).
• Knowledge of web services and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
