As a Logistician at ARETUM, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of equipment and materials.

Responsibilities
- Maintain processes to control physical accountability of DHS IT assets kept locally and deployed throughout the U.S.
- Barcode and track all PSPD accountable and high-risk sensitive property
- Assist PSPD in setting up workstations with necessary peripheral devices as required
- Assist PSPD with annual inventory activities
- Serve as a PSPD local property officer (LPO)
- Implement Systems, Applications, and Products within Data Processing (SAP) LPO
- Provide a broad perspective of supportability and sustainment, providing comprehensive technical and analytical services during the acquisition process for the government (refer to Management Directive (MD) 102-1 for detailed description of primary elements of support and sustainment).
- Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) for components, and customer programs and projects.
- Analyze user requirements and mission needs to provide the agency with critical data necessary to select project sites and prioritize selected sites for optimum selection based on real estate availability and engineering parameters.
- Prepare the projects sites for lease/easement execution. This includes implementing the site development/leasing through facilitation and coordination of site feasibility evaluations and selection, appropriate government approvals, identifying the necessary environmental requirements, lease exhibit drawings, construction drawings, structural approvals, and leasing activities such as assisting in the establishment of a budget for initial and recurring lease costs.
- Maintain processes to control physical accountability of CBP IT assets kept locally and deployed throughout the U.S.
- Serve as a local property officer (LPO), barcoding and tracking all accountable and high-risk sensitive property, assisting with inventory activities, setting up workstations with necessary peripheral devices as required.
- Assist with annual inventory activities
Requirements
- A minimum of six years of demonstrated experience as a logistician supporting Major Acquisition Program(s) in an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team role
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years additional work experience with an associate’s degree may be substituted for a Master's Degree
