Aetos Systems Inc. is looking for a Inventory Data Analyst in Washington, D.C., to join us in working on an opportunity for the Finance and Facilities Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The National Capital Region Section maintains day-to-day operations at the FBI Headquarters as well as each of the different offsite locations in the National Capital Region (NCR), ensuring a functioning and safe work environment for everyone that reports to these locations every day. The Asset Management Unit (AMU) maintains effective controls to manage the FBI’s personal property and maintain proper records regarding the use, maintenance, and disposition of personal property.

Job Summary:  The Inventory Data Analyst develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications with a focus on asset tracking and inventory data quality.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define and create reports for inventory data analysis
  • Perform quality assurance audits and data accuracy monitoring for up to 90,000 assets captured in inventory systems.
  • Conduct audits and review/analyze data and documentation.
  • Responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide an independent assessment of how the project’s development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization’s process.
  • Provide support in the development of project’s Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conform to the requirements of the project.
  • Become well versed in the IBM Maximo reports, ingest and export of data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with four (4) years or more years of quality assurance experience. Educational requirements may be waived if the candidate has seven (7) or more years of experience.
  • Current Top Secret (TS) security clearance
