Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and qualifications, and make informed hiring recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and attract talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the hospitality or staffing industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional candidate experiences
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment
