About the Role
A dynamic company is seeking a mid-level videographer to film and cover their booth and team during an event in Washington, D.C. The project will last for one to two days, during which the videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage that aligns with the company's vision. A content idea and shot list have already been prepared, so the primary focus is on execution. The videographer will follow the team throughout the event to document key moments and ensure all necessary shots are captured.
This is an on-site role with competitive hourly pay, and the ideal candidate will have experience covering live events and working closely with teams to bring their vision to life.
Responsibilities:
- Film and cover the company’s booth and activities at the event, following the prepared shot list and content plan.
- Capture high-quality footage that highlights the company’s presence, interactions, and key moments during the event.
- Work closely with the team on-site to ensure the vision is accurately executed and all important footage is captured.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio showcasing event coverage or similar projects.
- Proficiency in using professional video equipment, with a strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio.
- Ability to work independently and follow direction while collaborating with the team on-site.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to capture high-quality footage in dynamic environments.
