Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger safety and compliance with airline regulations during flights.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the travel experience.
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures.
- Conduct safety demonstrations and briefings before flights.
- Serve refreshments and meals in accordance with airline standards.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
