Full Job Description
OCT Consulting is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
OCT currently has an opening for a File Clerk with 1-3 years of experience with file management and maintenance. You will be responsible for organizing both paper and digital files and updating files as necessary to ensure availability for staff.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Check incoming files
- Create and update records with new files and information
- Maintain the files library and associated database
- Handle requests for files access and check-in/check-out with staff
- Maintain the files database
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience (experience with federal contracts is a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance, which will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check
- Must be a US Citizen

Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 commensurate with experience and education
