Salary range - $65,000 - $80,000
Hybrid work schedule with at least 3 days in office presence

You are a master of organization and have a demonstrated ability of managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic travel, processing expense reports and acting as a general liaison between team members and leadership.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Executive Administration Provide administrative assistance to executives on our Leadership team that includes, but is not limited to managing complex schedules, booking travel and supporting our finance team through expense reporting and mail management.
- BPI Culture Be a champion of BPI culture and collaborate with and engage with Operations leadership and BPI Culture Captains in assisting with planned activities and events.
Requirements
- Managing the schedules of both the President of BPI and other partners
- Coordinating meetings by determining priorities, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments to plans
- Booking travel and accommodations for the President and partners
- Arranging internal and external events by developing itineraries and agendas, booking transportation, and arranging meeting accommodations
- Working with the finance team to maintain expense records
- Creating meeting materials, presentations and internal and external communications for executive team
- Assisting COO and CFO in managing office as needed
- Support other office and administrative tasks as needed
An ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to maintain discretion while handling executive level information

BPI offers a comprehensive offers base salary between $65,000 - $80,000 with an annual discretionary bonus and generous benefits. The estimated starting base salary will be based on experience level.
