POSITION SUMMARY
A successful candidate will be able to serve in multiple training roles including training management, instructional design, training delivery; will be able to successfully convey learning objectives to customers; and will engage in business development opportunities for the Training Market.

Essential Functions Statements
● Serves as a program manager for large scale projects and multiple small-scale projects.
● Responsible to serve as liaison to training customer/host agency point of contact to discuss training objectives and requirements.
● Develops bi-weekly reports on training operations.
● Oversees and leads course development and curriculum updates using ADDIE development process:
o Analyze
o Design
o Develop
o Implement
o Evaluate
● Designs and builds training props and skill stations to enhance student training experience.
● Develops operating budgets for each assigned training course.
● Responsible for conducting training risk assessments and authors training safety plans.
● Recruits and retains part time instructors in accordance with HR procedures.
● Conducts in-service training for instructors on new curriculum, new technology, and educational methodologies.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
● Minimum of 4 years related experience.
● Past DoD experience preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS
● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

This position operates in a professional office environment and on location with the end-user / customer. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
