Noble is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of C5ISR Sales. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) sector.

As the Director of C5ISR Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and identifying new business opportunities within the C5ISR sector. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers will be essential in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the C5ISR sector
- Lead and motivate the C5ISR sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the C5ISR sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to customers and senior management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum 5-10 years in a Capture Management/Business Development position;
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Prior military experience preferred
- Prior experience working with Army, Air Force and USMC requirements definition and acquisition personnel and organizations preferred
- Understanding of the C5ISR space
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills; planning, organization, and time management skills
- Knowledge of Company products, markets, and technology
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
COMPUTER SKILLS
● Proficient in Google Suite
● Understanding and experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP software
● Proficient in Salesforce
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel
REASONING ABILITY
● Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
● Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
