The Impact You Will Make

As a new Business Strategist/Writer, you'll join our Business Development & Marketing team and serve as the content engine behind BPI’s new business pursuits. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will help us craft engaging and persuasive written materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of BPI’s products or services.

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

  • Coordination with senior leadership. Partner with senior leadership to synergize ideas across our service offerings and weave together information in a compelling narrative. Help inform and brainstorm potential targets and networking opportunities. 
  • Content development. Take the lead in creating compelling memos/written proposals and pitch decks/slide presentations for potential clients, while ensuring alignment with BPI’s brand voice and values.
  • Research. Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights from market research to inform and enhance the effectiveness of written materials.
  • Copyediting. Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with a single voice, in addition to grammatical and typographical excellence.


What You Bring

  • Exceptional writing and editing prowess, adept at tailoring style and tone to suit diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with BPI and/or the industry, backed by a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in writing. Public relations, advertising or business development experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with senior leadership to develop content that drives business growth.
  • Track record of success in business writing, content creation, or related fields.
  • Superior verbal communication abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a knack for meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of business development processes and strategies.

BPI’s benefits prioritize employee wellness and progressive support to our diverse workforce.

BPI offers a comprehensive compensation package with a base ranging from $105,000 -$137,500 for this role, plus an annual discretionary bonus and generous benefits. The estimated starting base salary will be based on the level of experience.
