Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Destination Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various travel destinations, including their cultural, historical, and recreational aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Research and gather information on various travel destinations.
•  Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences.
•  Provide expert advice on travel destinations, including cultural, historical, and recreational aspects.
•  Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
•  Collaborate with travel vendors and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
•  Stay updated on travel trends, safety regulations, and emerging destinations.
•  Handle travel-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
•  Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
•  Prepare and present travel proposals to clients.
•  Maintain detailed records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
•  Assist clients with travel documentation and visa requirements.
•  Monitor and manage travel budgets for clients.
•  Provide post-travel support and gather feedback from clients.
•  Promote travel packages and special offers to clients.
•  Attend travel industry events and trade shows to network and stay informed.
•  Develop and maintain relationships with travel industry partners.
•  Ensure compliance with all travel regulations and company policies.
•  Prepare and distribute travel-related marketing materials.

Requirements
