Full Job Description
TechOp Solutions is seeking a highly skilled data analyst with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in statistical analysis to support a federal client.
The ideal candidate will excel in ServiceNow, demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and analytics skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in advanced Excel and business intelligence tools is essential. With a strong focus on data accuracy and customer service, the candidate will be dedicated to delivering outstanding analytical support, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Duties:
- Provide statistical analysis and ad hoc reporting as required using the analytics database.
- Offer technical writing and editing support.
- Develop analytics to identify trends across multiple data sources within the organization.
- Evaluate existing business practices and systems, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations while maintaining or increasing compliance rates.
- Handle cases and create summaries for referral to appropriate personnel or offices for further review and action.
- Enter related information into the Tableau business intelligence and analytics database.
- Conduct benefits realization and earned value management analysis.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience; or master’s degree with two years of related experience.
- 2+ years' experience working with ServiceNow
- Strong reading comprehension, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in conducting detailed policy research and producing qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Experience in handling requests, conducting database searches, designing process maps, and similar tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple work assignments effectively.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience in law enforcement/immigration or interpreting and applying regulatory laws is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
