OCT Consulting is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
Responsibilities and Duties
We are currently looking for a Contract Closeout Specialist to support one of our federal clients.
Qualified candidates will possess 3 - 10 years of closeout experience as a federal government employee or contractor (Series 1102 or equivalent). Expertise in closing firm-fixed, cost-reimbursement, time and material, labor hour, or any variant to include hybrid contracts is required.

Qualifications
- Three (3) to ten (10) years of federal contract closeout experience
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Must have experience, knowledge, and understanding of Federal contract closeout processes and procedures
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. The investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check
