Position Summary:  

The Manager, Business Development is responsible for creating and developing strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Under the direction of the Vice President, CBRNE, this individual will execute the strategic business and operational plan focusing on critical and strategic accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   

  • Noble’s Value Selling model, will utilize consultative selling skills, strong relationships, and internal resources to develop existing and establish new business relationships.
  • Identify, position, and win single or multiple award contracts and programs.
  • Track and record business opportunities to develop a pipeline that both management and the Manager can use to plan and track progress.
  • Create and execute business strategies to facilitate market and company growth.
  • Work with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals as set by Senior Management.

Experience, Education, Certifications:

  •       A minimum of three years of related experience
  •       Bachelor’s degree or military experience preferred

 Competencies:       

  •       Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.

 Computer Skills:    

  •     Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  •     Experience using SalesForce preferred.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
