About the Role
As a Brand Activation Reviewer (also known as a Mystery Shopper), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing activations in Washington D.C
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Brand Ambassadors adhere to client guidelines in areas such as presentation, product knowledge, and flyer distribution.
You will also be responsible for reviewing the effectiveness of these activations, providing feedback, and making recommendations to improve performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled checks on Brand Ambassadors at different locations around Washington D.C. You will observe interactions, presentation, and the quality of flyer distribution.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all Brand Ambassadors follow the client's guidelines regarding appearance, knowledge of the campaign, and professional behavior.
- Analysis: Compare your observations with client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to identify areas for improvement and make operational adjustments where needed.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports based on your observations. These reports will provide insights into the performance of the activations and will be shared with internal teams and clients to ensure continuous improvement.
- Feedback: Provide actionable feedback to Brand Ambassadors and operational teams to enhance future campaigns.
Contract duration: 6 weeks + possibility of an extension.
Skills/Experience
Communication: Excellent written and oral skills, Must be fluent in English
Attitude: Dynamic, proactive, organised, team-player, problem solver, meticulous attention to detail.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Proficient

Benefits
REMUNERATION
$23 per hour + travel stipend.
Job type - Part-time Hourly
Work type - Onsite (80%) / offsite remote (20%)
Expected start: Mid October
On-site locations: Washington D.C and surrounding suburbs
Employment type - Fixed 1099 contract. Successful candidates may be offered contract renewal or a full-time position at the end of the contracts.
