As Art Director, you will join and lead an amazing group of multimedia producers, overseeing our visual identity and contributing to creative projects in support of the organization and its advocacy campaigns. - In the first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in onboarding activities, collaborating with different campaigns and departments, learning from team members, and shadowing their daily tasks.
- By the 60-day mark, you'll be entrusted with quality control projects, and gradually take full ownership and leadership of the multimedia team.
- By the end of 90 days, you'll be fully engaged in all aspects of the job, overseeing the team and delivering graphic design in support of campaigns and fundraising.
