Job Summary
As the AR Manager at Coreview, you will take a hands-on role in all AR activities as well as own and manage all aspects of the AR process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will lead a team of billing specialists, coordinating their activities to ensure efficient and effective billing operations.
Responsibilities.
- Ensure proper customer onboarding and set-up within accounting systems.
- Confirm accuracy of both enterprise billing and monthly usage-based billing.
- Work with customer relationship owners to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
- Manage the customer follow-up and collections process.
- Manage billing systems to ensure proper product set up for various billing arrangements.
- Provide expertise and insight into process improvements, new systems and system enhancement implementations.
- Responsible for billing reporting and reconciliation to the GL.
- Ensure billing adheres to sales tax guidelines.
- Ensure orders meet all internal documentation requirements prior to processing.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 billing specialists.
- Assist with month end close process.
- Ad hoc duties and reports, as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience of managing billing/AR team.
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
- Strong understanding of the AR function.
- Strong communication skills capable of clear presentation to subordinates and senior management.
- Technically proficient in the use of MS Office applications specifically Outlook and Excel (VLOOKUP's and pivots required as an absolute minimum).
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience with Stripe, NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
