Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. This role will work closely with the founder to increase the number of inbound meetings from 20-25 per month to 50-70 per month. The successful candidate will manage the sales process, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals to drive our business forward.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $72,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000
Commission: 35% of the first month’s contract value
Example: At a conservative 10% closing ratio, averaging 5 closes a month with an average retainer of $2,500, you can earn approximately $4,375 in commission monthly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Amazon or e-commerce space as a seller.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Comfortable recording video content and attending in-person conferences.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales Angles: Develop and refine sales strategies to effectively engage potential clients.
- Content Creation: Write insightful content about Amazon on LinkedIn to establish thought leadership.
- Cold Email Adjustments: Make minor alterations to cold email templates based on data analysis.
- Lead Response Management: Ensure loom response times are under 10 minutes to efficiently funnel leads.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Manage outreach efforts via voice notes and funnel testing to maximize engagement.
- Lead Management: Utilize HubSpot to scoop leads during downtime.
- Team Oversight: Oversee two Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and assist with additional outreach and prospecting.
- Content Contribution: Record a YouTube video once every two weeks addressing client pain points (editing team provided).
- Amazon Seller Conferences: Attend in-person conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Sales Process:
- Initial Meeting: Qualify leads, build trust and rapport, and gain access to their Amazon account.
- Audit Phase: The fulfillment team audits the client’s account within 24-48 hours.
- Second Meeting: Present the audit results and offer our services as the solution to their challenges.
- Close the Deal: Finalize the contract and transition the client to the onboarding team.
