Start Date: Immediate Need
Hours: Monday-Friday, 2 - 3.5 hours per day, in person, virtual as needed
Schedule: Coordinated to fit the needs of the family and teacher
Salary: $2,000-$2,750 per month, per student

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport with both students and parents
- Prepare materials, facilitate lessons, and assess learning objectives
- Exercise open and respectful communication with families, co-workers, and supervisors
- Evaluate student progress and prepare reports to communicate growth and achievement, as well as areas for improvement.
- Create and keep records on attendance, accidents, incidents, and other noteworthy events in accordance with licensing guidelines and program policies
- Provide a safe and respectful environment for all students
- Employ professional judgment to adapt and modify curriculum as necessary to meet the needs and learning style of each student
- Willingness to loop from one grade level to the next to remain with student(s), provided the family agrees it is a good fit

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Teaching credential/certificate/license for corresponding age/grade level/subject area
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships effectively and professionally with families and students
- Experience developing and implementing curriculum
- Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, stoop, bend, and move throughout the room
