JOB DESCRIPTION

A well-organized person who is self-motivated, with good computer skills and a strong mathematical background.  Set up and maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, reviewing and approving supply requisitions and maintaining office equipment.  Involved in making sure route drivers, managers and warehouse is set up for daily success.  Be proficient at mathematics since dealing with numbers is the major responsibility.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Greeting Customers and other Visitors.
  • Processing incoming customer orders, creating packing slips/invoices and sending completed invoices as directed.
  • Processing FedEx and UPS shipments as well as drop off
  • Utilizing in-house information in Google Sheets.
  • Assist in Routing review, in order to keep open sales orders up to date.
  • Work with State and Local licensing, scheduling inspections and ensuring that all vending licenses are up to date
  • Detail oriented invoicing, viewing several systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Process daily money collections in a timely manner.
  • Have a relationship with your local banker for deposits and coin purchases
  • Ensure drivers are compliant with accuracy, policies, and standards.
  • Keep accurate records, detail-oriented and be able to spot financial errors made while processing my depot and auditing other depots.
  • Prepare audit findings and report to upper management.
  • Misc. tasks assigned by management, such as events and meetings
  • Reliable attendance
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Pass the pre-employment drug test and background check
    • Organization is Key (Placing a system for all to follow and inspecting what is expected is essential for business to run smooth daily, time management is key)
    • Communication Skills (Using verbal and written communication skills saves times by providing clear direction to work smarter and not harder)
