Job Description: As a Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in our mission to support union and association members with their benefit needs. You will be responsible for understanding and explaining various benefit plans, assisting members with enrollment processes, and providing ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction. Your role will involve building strong relationships with our members and collaborating with internal teams to deliver personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Educate union and association members on available benefits and assist them in selecting appropriate plans.
• Guide members through the enrollment process and address any questions or concerns.
• Provide ongoing support to members regarding their benefits, including claims assistance and policy inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or client-facing roles preferred.
• Knowledge of benefits administration or insurance products is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
