Full Job Description
We are seeking to add an ambitious, enthusiastic, and results-driven Events Manager to join our AWSome team who shares our passion and commitment to improving the homes and lives of our customers and our team. The Events Manager will oversee and direct the special events department at Advanced Window Systems. We perform lead generation marketing at home shows and special events by engaging directly with potential customers, addressing any questions about our products and services, and scheduling free in-home consultations.

- Marketing Efficiency and Profitability

- Recruiting, Training, And Onboarding
- Managing Inventory and Distribution of Equipment

Hours include Wednesday - Sunday - Must Be Willing to Work Weekends & Evenings Based on Events
