The Events Manager will oversee and direct the special events department at Advanced Window Systems. We perform lead generation marketing at home shows and special events by engaging directly with potential customers, addressing any questions about our products and services, and scheduling free in-home consultations.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated Events Manager with a sparkling personality to join our AWSome team! This individual will be leading and managing the special events department at our business Advanced Window Systems. We conduct lead generation marketing at home shows and special events, where we speak to potential customers, answer questions they may have about our products and services, and schedule free in-home consultations.

Duties Include: Finding, scheduling, and coordinating home shows and events. As part of your role, you will be responsible for maximizing lead generation from these shows and events, ensuring that your monthly/annual sales goals are met. In addition, you will play a vital role in recruiting, hiring, and training staff, leading by example in the field by setting clear goals and holding employees accountable for their performance.

In this role, you will plan, lead, and execute a wide range of corporate events, guided by our annual Events Plan. Events will range from organizing our presence at large corporate trade shows and academic conferences, down to full event planning of in- house conferences, and, finally, a range of webinars and digital events that you Will deliver across the company region. You will have complete responsibility for managing the event budget. You will also measure event metrics to help us see the impact of our events and ensure we are delivering to target.
