Full Job Description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) role at Foley involves initiating outbound business-to-business interactions to generate high-quality, qualified leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching prospects and identifying key stakeholders
  • Generating interest and creating rapport
  • Educating and qualifying potential leads
  • Setting expectations and overcoming objections to foster new sales opportunities
  • Managing assigned leads, documenting activities, and updating information as necessary
  • Following a structured sales outreach schedule and achieving targets for outbound calls
  • Coordinating the handoff of qualified leads to sales team members
  • Developing skills for advancement into a full, closing role

The position offers:

  • A base salary of $40,000 plus commission and bonus plan
