Full Job Description

Our offices are located in Fort Collins, CO. This position must be in office to start but there may be an opportunity for a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

Salary ranges from $55,000 - $60,000 per year.

Requirements

Qualifications & Preferred Skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.  
  • Three years of experience in accounting. 
  • Experience in automated accounting systems including QuickBooks.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable with fAAP and related accounting regulations. 


Role And Responsibilities:

  • Account management and analysis.
  • Daily cash monitoring, billing and accounts receivables, month end journal entries including accruals, maintenance and reconciliation of fixed assets, sales tax and reporting, budget maintenance, bank reconciliation, financial statement and statistical reporting.
  • Monthly corporate allocations.
  • Other transactions related to sales and commission.
  • Prepare customer invoices, maintain cash receipts and accounts receivable records.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial reporting and related analysis.

401(k)

Madwire offers a 401k plan through Nationwide. Eligibility to enter the plan is first of the month following 60 days of employment. Madwire will match 50% of employee contributions up to 6% effective after one year of employment. 

Paid Time Off

Madwire’s PTO policy offers unlimited vacation along with 5 sick days, and 10 paid holidays per year.
