As a Sales Executive in the Robotics Warehousing industry, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities within the warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. You will leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to position our robotics solutions as the ideal option for clients looking to automate their warehousing operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. The role is performance-driven and focuses on achieving measurable sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (e.g., revenue, units sold, new accounts).
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to close, ensuring timely follow-up and closing deals.
  • Generate new leads and expand the customer base within the warehousing and logistics industries.
  • Create and execute a sales plan that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand the client’s business needs and present tailored robotics solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and virtual presentations to showcase the benefits of automation.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer support and post-sales service, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.

3. Market and Industry Expertise

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the robotics and warehousing sectors.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on market needs, potential opportunities, and product improvements.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

4. Reporting and Forecasting

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Analyze sales data to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Sales Quota Achievement:
  • Attainment of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (e.g., revenue, new business, deals closed).
  • Lead Conversion Rate:
    • Percentage of leads converted to opportunities and closed deals.
  • Customer Retention Rate:
    • Rate of returning customers and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities achieved.
  • Sales Cycle Time:
    • Average time taken to close a deal from lead generation to final sale.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Number of new clients or market segments penetrated.
  • Customer Satisfaction (NPS):
    • Positive feedback and Net Promoter Score from clients post-sale.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Education:
      Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    • Experience:
      • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or warehousing solutions.
      • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
    • Skills:
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
      • Technical aptitude to understand robotics and automation solutions.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
      • Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

    The Salary: OTE- $200,000 with no cap
