You’ll work directly with our clients to understand their operational challenges and design tailored robotic solutions to improve productivity. A Day in the Life

• Become an expert on Prime Robotics’ product line and sales process within your first 60 days.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to identify pain points and propose customized automation solutions.
• Drive results by working closely with sales to close two deals within 6 months, contributing to our ambitious growth goals.
• Engaging with potential customers across warehouse automation, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering and customer success teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• You have a technical background and enjoy tackling complex problems with practical solutions.
• You’re motivated by helping customers improve their operations and achieve tangible results.
• You’re excited about working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where your contributions make a difference.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and concepts related to material handling systems and processes.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to material handling systems.
• Strong project management skills to effectively plan and execute material handling projects within given timelines and budgets.

The Salary: $90,000 – 120,000
