Compensation: This role receives a base hourly rate plus annual bonus

  • Estimated Total Compensation Range: $45,000-$55,000/year

Location: On-site at GOLFTEC Headquarters in Englewood, CO

Position Summary:

GOLFTEC is seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team at our Headquarters. The Office Manager will be responsible for the overall management of GOLFTEC’s office needs, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the various teams at HQ and our Corporate Warehouse. The Office Manager will work closely with department leaders to determine needs and will help to create and implement new office policy.  Among other duties, this role plays a key role in managing the logistics for our GOLFTEC University Program, which supports the onboarding and training of 230 new GOLFTEC Coaches per year. The ideal candidate will be someone who embodies our values of Fun, Integrity, Improvement, and Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including stocking office supplies, monitoring inbound & outbound mail, and maintaining the look & feel of the office to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Advise and create office operating budget
  • Provide direct support to our Executive Assistant as needed.
  • Arrange travel for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and special occasions.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, reserving conference rooms, and arranging necessary equipment.
  • Prepare and finalize expense reports for members of the executive team.
  • Partner with Human Resources and other teams at HQ on various projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee directories, contact lists, and office files.
  • Work with the Accounting Team to ensure that expense reports and invoices are approved in a timely manner.
  • Support GOLFTEC Franchises and various departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Assist other GOLFTEC Corporate Office locations with administrative support.
  • Advise on office policy & procedure resulting in improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and guests at all levels
  • Be an expert and demonstrate knowledge of all services/features, hours of operations, etc.
  • Foster and maintain GOLFTEC’s culture through strong, positive relationships with team members across all departments through communication and regular face-to-face interaction.
  • Be the face of and first point of contact for GOLFTEC visitors, callers and vendors.
  • Ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • A passion for golf is a plus!
  • Prior experience in planning and coordination company events preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in the following systems and applications is strongly preferred
