Full Job Description
As a Dispatcher for Sunstate Equipment, you will coordinate, plan, and dispatch delivery and fleet vehicles for pick-ups, deliveries, exchanges, and services calls with the primary objective of ensuring timely connections to customers. This role is responsible for planning and organizing efficient delivery routes while ensuring DOT regulations for high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
Preferred Qualities/Experience:
- Be comfortable working with a team and independently, any task could go either way.
- Technologically capable: Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office and GPS systems.
- You’re an effective communicator that enjoys motivating and supporting others.
- Have excellent customer service skills. You’ll be talking to a lot of people, keep up the positive attitude!
- Be capable of collaborating with other team members: You’ve got delivery goals, and you can’t meet all of them alone.
