fs3|Hodges is searching for an accomplished Senior Program Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring alignment with company goals and client objectives.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive project success, improve processes, and enhance overall service delivery. Your expertise in program management will be vital in leading efforts that enhance client satisfaction and project efficiency.
Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of multiple high-value projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices to enhance project delivery
- Collaborate with project managers to create comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Monitor program progress, performance, and risks, and take corrective actions as required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication
- Facilitate regular program updates, status reports, and presentations to senior management and clients
- Identify opportunities for improvement within program delivery and implement necessary changes
- Mentor and develop project management team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management within the construction industry
- Proven success in managing complex programs with multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
