Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter (US Staffing) with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in non-IT staffing and recruiting specifically for the US market. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle and consistently delivering top talent across various non-IT domains. This role requires someone who has hands-on experience in all facets of non-IT recruitment for US-based clients and can effectively handle diverse staffing needs across multiple industries.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-IT staffing and recruiting for the US market, with extensive experience in all non-IT domains.
  • Extensive experience in the following non-IT domains: Construction, Telecommunication, Food Production, Accounting & Finance, Architectural, Healthcare, Engineering, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics, Administrative & Clerical, Customer Service, Education & Training, Legal, Operations & Project Management, Hospitality & Tourism, Real Estate & Property Management, Retail, and Transportation.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets and recruitment goals.
  • Strong knowledge of the US employment market and industry-specific staffing needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various industries for US-based clients.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques including online job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Conduct regular data analysis to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall team performance.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior recruiters and support staff.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruiting activities and outcomes to senior management.
