Senior HRBP

Job Overview:

Invitro Capital is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) to join our team. As a Senior HRBP, you will play a critical role in partnering with our portfolio companies and providing strategic HR support, guidance, and solutions to drive business success. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, developing and implementing HR strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing expertise on a wide range of HR matters including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop HR policies and processes, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

This is a full-time position based in our main office.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managers to drive organizational and cultural change.
• Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the startup or venture capital industry.
