As a Senior Account Manager, you are driving the organization's sales strategy and revenue growth.
Skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and operations selling technology/content/services in one or more: Broadcast TV ecosystem, Streaming TV ecosystem, Cloud-based or SaaS / IaaS / PaaS products.
- A deep understanding of the industry in which Amagi operates, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- The capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and partnerships.
- A focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and work on solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to predict future trends and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the sales department's budget and resources effectively.
- Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, goals, and strategies.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
