Full Job Description

OBJECTIVE/S:

To ensure the fulfillment and coordination of the sales and marketing processes with relevant interested parties


DUTIES:

Regular Duties:

  • Participate in the production planning and inventory control by providing sales historical data and sales forecast to eliminate out of stock occurrence
  • Manage the order process from receipt to fulfillment. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales orders, including pricing, product details and customer information
  • Communicate with the customers regarding order status
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, payment, and delivery schedules
  • Gather data and develop charts for analysis of sales performance and its quality objectives
  • Support in preparations for marketing events such as retrieval of marketing materials and logistical requirements
  • Handle customer feedbacks regarding sales and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the preparation of sales budget and target. Identify trends and opportunities for sales improvement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including sales invoice, customer profiles, contracts and database. 

 

Occasional Duties

  • Participate in the international standard certification process as an auditee in the assigned function
  • Provide inputs in developing and improving policies and procedures of the assigned function to comply with international standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and improve processes that will ensure the satisfaction of internal and external relevant interested parties
  • Regularly update and improve standard operating procedures relevant to sales and marketing
  • Provide continual improvement initiatives to streamline the processes
  • Participate and provide valuable inputs during  Management Reviews
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory and international standard requirements
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members . Provide guidance on the sales process, systems and tools. Share product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance the performance of the sales team.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration , Marketing or any related field is preferred. 

Work Experience:

  • Preferably with at least 3 years experience in digital sales and marketing. Including experience in managing customer relationships or working in a customer-facing role.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating clearly, professionally and confidently.
  • Must be well organized and have excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, documentation and data analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure. They should be able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills are valuable to resolve issues related to orders, customer inquiries or sales processes
  • Proficiency in using sales software and project management platform.
  • Possesses a good interpersonal skill and ability to work effectively as part of the team.
  • Should have a customer-centric mindset. Understanding customers needs and providing excellent service
  • Should be able to adapt to changing situations and demonstrate proactive approach and willingness to take initiative, learn new skills, and contribute to process improvement.
  • Brand advocate who drives enthusiasm, momentum and collaboration around a shared vision
