In 2022 we decided to offer our cybersecurity subscription to the general public; therefore we are now seeking charismatic recruiters to represent our association.
As a recruiter, you’ll be instrumental in protecting Americans from cyber threats while enjoying a fully remote work environment and significant passive income potential.

Position Overview: 

As a Remote Recruiter, you will recruit and oversee a team of remote sales consultants.
Recruiters have the opportunity to earn commissions based on the sales performance of their team, receiving monthly recurring commissions for each active cybersecurity subscription sold by the sales consultants.
This role offers independence, flexibility, and the chance to build your own international team of cybersecurity sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit & Manage Affiliates:
  Identify and recruit motivated affiliates to join your sales team.
  Support affiliates in meeting their sales targets and achieving their goals.

• Support Your Team:
  Provide consulting and resources to help team members enhance their performance.
  Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and success.

• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and train your sales team members to develop their skills and improve overall performance.

• Compliance and Reporting:
  Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  Promptly report any issues or discrepancies related to team performance and client interactions to management.
  

• Team Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with sales consultants to ensure high levels of team satisfaction.
  Address consultant inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our services.
